I. No-one is permitted to enter the game as a licensed investment adviser, or as a representative of a licensed adviser;
II. If you are a licensed investment adviser you cannot in any way make reference to this fact within your “Game Profile”
III. As a member of the site you agree not to use the “Trader Tracking” function of the site to attempt to manipulate the “real” market in any way. For more information on market manipulation see visit asx.com.au

I. Web Mart & StockTradingGame.com.au does not endorse the use of the Trader Tracking function obtained via the paid memberships to obtain stock trading for ideas outside the use of competition.
II. The aim of the paid memberships is to provide insight into what other traders/entrants in the competition are buying selling.

If members use their memberships to obtain share purchase within the game environment, and choose to follow what the best traders in the competition are doing, they acknowledge that they do this at their own risk.
